- Security and privacy. Files are encrypted during upload and automatically deleted from our servers after you download the result. Nobody sees the content

Why Merge PDF Files?
Almost every formal interaction requires bundling several documents together. The accountant wants all invoices in one file at year-end, the teacher wants all assignments together, the bank needs a consolidated document package to open an account or mortgage, a new employer asks for a resume together with certificates and recommendations. Instead of a chain of emails with confusing attachments - you merge everything and get one clean file organized in the order needed.
The recipient also benefits: they get everything in one place, in the right order, without searching the inbox. Lawyers, accountants, and insurance professionals who process dozens of client files a day - save valuable time when they receive a merged bundle instead of 8 separate files. The merged document is also easier to store on computer or in the cloud - one filename describing the bundle, instead of a pile of similarly-named files you need to remember the order of.
A merged file is much easier to send. A bank app that allows only one file per upload, WhatsApp where sending 10 separate files is inconvenient, a digital signing system that works on a whole document - all prefer one merged file. Printing also becomes simple: one click on "Print" instead of opening and printing each file separately.
How Does PDF Merging Work?
A familiar situation for anyone working with documents: the bank asks for 6 documents together to open a mortgage file, an authority wants all certificates in one bundle, or you need to attach a quote with all its appendices and approvals. Instead of sending separate files that scatter across email threads - upload everything here and click "Merge". In under a minute you will get one organized PDF with all your documents, ready to download and send. The tool works directly in the browser without installation, on computer, phone, and tablet.
The tool preserves everything in your original files: Hebrew text, scanned signatures, stamps from lawyers and accountants, tables, and even forms that can be filled in the final file. No quality change, no layout change. Files are merged in the order you choose - the first file you upload will be at the beginning of the merged document, and so on. If you want a different order, you can drag and reorder files before merging.
Beyond simple merging, there are cases that require additional work after the union. If the merged file comes out too large to send, you can pass it directly to the compression tool. If you accidentally uploaded files in the wrong order, you can open the result in the "Organize Pages" tool and rearrange at the page level without re-merging. If the merged document needs to reach a sensitive party, you can protect it with a password before sending.
Frequently asked questions
How do I combine multiple PDF files into one?
Upload all your PDF files by dragging them to the upload area or clicking the button. Files will be ordered by upload sequence - you can drag them to a different order if needed. Click "Merge PDF" - within seconds you will get one merged file ready to download.
How many files can I merge at once?
On the free plan you can merge up to 3 files per operation. On the Pro plan there is no limit - you can merge dozens of files together. Total file size is limited to 25MB on the free plan and 100MB on Pro. If files are too large, compress them first using the compression tool.
Does merging preserve Hebrew, signatures, and images?
Yes. This is one of the tool's priorities - many foreign sites garble Hebrew or flip text direction. With us, everything in the original file is preserved as-is: Hebrew text, scanned signatures, stamps from lawyers and accountants, tables, links, and table of contents. Fillable forms also keep working after the merge.
In what order are files merged?
Files are merged in the order they appear in the list before merging. By default the order is upload sequence - the first file you uploaded will be at the start of the merged document, the last at the end. You can drag files to reorder before clicking "Merge". This saves the need to re-upload everything if you made a mistake in order.
Are my files stored on your server?
No. Files are encrypted during upload and automatically deleted from servers after you download the merged file. We do not view, store, or share the content of your documents - not with any third party.
The merged file is too large to send - what do I do?
Often merging 5-10 documents creates a file of tens of megabytes that does not pass through sending. The solution: after merging, pass the file to the compression tool and choose "Maximum" - it will reduce the file by 60-90% without harming readability. Even a 50MB file usually drops below 10MB, a size accepted by every government portal and banking app.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
Not directly - the tool cannot read encrypted files without the password. Simple solution: use the "Remove Password" tool first, enter the password and save the file without protection. Then you can merge it with the other files, and if you want, protect the merged file with a new password after merging.
What is the difference between merging PDFs and browsing between files?
Merging creates one physical file containing all documents one after the other - you can send, print, save, and share it as a single unit. Browsing between files (for example through a file manager or PDF app) is just a view - the files stay separate, and if you send them you will need to send each file separately. For most formal uses (banks, authorities, accountants) you need one merged file.
