What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free gives you access to every tool with a limit of 3 tasks per hour (total — not per tool), files up to 25MB, and batches of up to 3 files. Scanned PDF to Word/Excel is blocked. Pro removes the hourly limit, allows files up to 100MB, unlimited batch, unlocks scanned PDF to Word & Excel, and removes ads.
What is a scanned PDF and why does it need Pro?
A scanned PDF is essentially an image of a paper document (no selectable text). Converting it to Word or Excel requires premium OCR (Google Document AI), which costs us per page. If your PDF has regular selectable text, conversion works on the free tier.
How does the 3/hour limit work?
It's a global cap of 3 tasks per hour across all tools combined — not per tool. Compress + Merge + 1 conversion = limit reached. Wait an hour, or upgrade to Pro for unlimited use.
How does payment work?
Payment is processed securely via credit card. You can cancel at any time.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
What happens to my files?
All files are automatically deleted from our servers within 10 minutes. We never store or share your files.
