Our tool lets you organize, delete, duplicate, rotate, and add pages in a PDF document with ease. The intuitive drag-and-drop interface handles both removing unwanted pages and reordering complex documents. Need to drop a blank page in the middle? Strip an ad page from the start? The process is simple: (1) Upload one or more PDF files (up to 10 files), (2) Wait for preview thumbnails to load for all pages, (3) Drag and drop pages to reorder, select pages to delete (red trash icon), duplicate or rotate, (4) Add blank pages or pages from additional PDF files, (5) Apply changes and download the organized, cleaned PDF.

Frequently asked questions
How do I delete a page from a PDF?
Select the page you want to delete (click it), and click the delete button (red trash icon in the toolbar). You can also select multiple pages with Ctrl/Cmd+click and delete them all in one action. The final file will contain only the remaining pages.
How do I remove multiple unwanted pages at once?
Click "Select All" then Ctrl/Cmd+click the pages you want to keep to remove them from selection - the rest stay selected. Click delete to remove all selected. Alternative: manually mark page by page with Ctrl/Cmd+click.
Can I organize pages from multiple PDF files?
Yes. You can upload several PDF files simultaneously. All pages from all files will display together, and you can freely drag and drop between them. Perfect for merging documents while organizing pages in the desired order.
How do I change the page order?
Simply click on a page and drag it to the desired location. The interface visually shows where the page will be placed. You can use Undo if you made a mistake while dragging.
Does Undo/Redo work with all operations?
Yes. Every action - dragging, deleting, duplicating, rotating, adding pages - is saved in history. You can click Undo to reverse the last action, and Redo to perform it again. Useful when experimenting with different orders before deciding.
Can I add blank pages between pages?
Yes. The toolbar has an option to add a blank page at the selected position. Useful when you want the next chapter to start on a new page, or when printing double-sided and need each chapter to start on the right page (adding a blank page before it).
What happens to the file after organizing?
The file is automatically deleted from servers after you download it. We do not view, store, or share content with any third party.
Is there a file size limit?
On free, total size of all uploaded files is limited to 25MB, and on Pro to 100MB.
