Common Problems and Solutions
"Documents came back - they asked to send again"
Common causes:
- Text not searchable - pay stub scanned rather than generated digitally. Run OCR or request a digital version from the payroll department.
- Unreadable file - low resolution. Re-scan at 300 DPI.
- Missing document - you forgot a page, or the bank added a requirement. Check the full list.
- Unclear file name - "scan001.pdf" means nothing. Rename to "pay-stub-2026-01.pdf".
"The form won't open"
- Download again - a file received by email sometimes arrives corrupted
