CONTEXT

Why Use PDF Form Filler?

Instead of printing, filling by hand, and scanning - fill forms digitally directly in your browser. The tool works with government forms, insurance forms, bank forms, contracts, and any PDF form with fillable fields. Saves time, paper, and scanning costs. The filled form looks professional and clean.

HOW IT WORKS

How Does PDF Form Filler Work?

The PDF Form Filler automatically detects all interactive fields in your PDF form - text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, and dropdowns. Upload the form, fill in the fields directly on the visual form, and download the filled PDF. Values are permanently embedded in the file so the recipient cannot change them.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

How do I fill a PDF form online?

Upload your PDF form, fill in the fields directly on the visual form, and click "Download Filled PDF". The tool automatically detects all form fields including text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, and dropdowns. You get a filled PDF to download.

Can I fill government PDF forms?

Yes. The tool supports any PDF form with interactive fields - including government forms, tax forms, insurance forms, and bank forms. Fields are auto-detected when you upload, and you can fill directly without downloading to your computer.

What is the difference between form filling and PDF editing?

Form filling fills predefined fields in the form (fields the form creator marked as fillable). PDF editing lets you add free text anywhere on the page. If your PDF has form fields - use the form filler, the result will be clean and professional. If there are no defined fields - use the PDF editor to add free text manually.

Is the filled form saved with my values?

Yes. The downloaded file contains all the values you filled in, permanently embedded in the PDF ("flattened"). The recipient cannot change what you filled in. Especially useful for official forms that need to be submitted - the sender sees exactly what you filled.

How does the tool handle Hebrew?

The tool lets you type Hebrew text in form fields. The text is preserved with correct right alignment, proper word order, and even with diacritics. Works particularly well with Israeli forms intended for Hebrew filling.

What if fields are not detected?

Some PDF forms are not interactive - they look like forms but are actually just an image of paper. In that case the tool will not detect fields. The solution: use the "PDF Editor" tool that allows adding text anywhere on the page manually.

What happens to the file after filling?

The file is automatically deleted from servers after you download the filled form. We do not view, store, or share content with any third party. The details you filled are not saved with us.

Is there a form size limit?

On free, size is limited to 25MB and on Pro to 100MB. Most PDF forms (including government forms) are much smaller.
